ASSUMPTION OF RISK NOTICE​

By booking, participating in, or attending any activity with Off-Road NOLA Adventures, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Off-road activities—including ATV and UTV operation—are inherently dangerous and involve known and unknown risks that may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death. These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Vehicle rollovers or collisions

• Uneven terrain, mud, water, and natural obstacles

• Mechanical failure or equipment malfunction

• Loss of control due to weather or trail conditions

• Actions of other participants or third parties

By choosing to participate, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, associated with your participation.

You agree that Off-Road NOLA Adventures, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in any activity.

Participants are responsible for:

• Following all safety instructions and guidelines

• Operating vehicles responsibly and within their skill level

• Wearing required safety equipment at all times

• Disclosing any medical or physical conditions that may affect participation

Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the activity without refund.

BY PARTICIPATING, YOU CONFIRM THAT:

• You understand and accept all risks associated with off-road activities

• You are physically and mentally capable of participating

• You agree to release and hold harmless Off-Road NOLA Adventures from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law
